Refund and Returns Policy

At Connectbase Communication, we take immense pride in our 15 years of mastery and our commitment to delivering a 100% physical replica of approved 3D designs. Because our services involve customized fabrication, labor, and site-specific installation, our refund and return policies are structured as follows:

1. Custom Fabrication & Design Services

Most of our projects—including Exhibition Stall Fabrication, Wooden Stalls, and Promotional Displays—are bespoke products created specifically for your brand and venue.

  • Non-Returnable: Once raw materials (wood, acrylic, metal) have been cut and fabricated according to your approved design, these items cannot be returned or resold.
  • Design Revisions: We offer up to three rounds of 3D strategic renders to ensure you are completely satisfied before fabrication begins. Once the design is finalized and fabrication commences, further changes may incur additional costs.

2. Cancellation Policy

We understand that event schedules can change. However, as we allocate resources and manpower in advance, the following cancellation terms apply:

  • Pre-Fabrication: If a project is cancelled after the design phase but before physical fabrication starts, the client is liable for the design fee only.
  • Post-Fabrication: If a project is cancelled after fabrication has begun, the initial deposit/advance payment is non-refundable to cover material costs and labor.
  • On-Site Cancellation: If an event is cancelled by the organizers or the client once the stall is already in transit or being installed, no refund will be issued.

3. Quality Assurance & On-Site Corrections

Our “Strategic Gumption” philosophy means we strive for perfection. If there is a discrepancy between the approved 3D design and the physical stall:

  • Immediate Rectification: Our on-site team of specialists will work around the clock to correct any fabrication errors or finishing issues before the show opens.
  • Reporting Issues: Any concerns regarding the quality of fabrication, printing, or structural integrity must be reported to our project manager on-site during the handover.

4. Printing and Branding

  • Graphic Approval: We are not responsible for typos or low-resolution imagery provided by the client after final print approval.
  • Reprints: If a printing error occurs on our end (e.g., color mismatch against approved proofs), we will provide a corrected reprint at no additional cost before the event starts.

5. Refund Processing

In the rare event that a partial refund is approved by management (e.g., for services not rendered such as furniture rentals that were unavailable):

  • Refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days.
  • Payments will be made via the original method of payment or bank transfer.

6. Force Majeure

Connectbase Communication is not liable for refunds in cases of Force Majeure, including but not limited to: acts of God, sudden government regulations, exhibition hall closures, or natural disasters that prevent the event from taking place.
